Our History
Make It Special is a Portuguese company founded in 2007 by David Bernabé Fernandes, dedicated to digital transformation through application development services and proprietary software for SMEs.
With a presence in Lisbon, Leiria, and Viana do Castelo, we support the digital transformation of over 1000 SMEs across the country.
In 2020, during the pandemic, the idea for the uClockit® platform was born—at a time when instinct and over 20 years of industry experience spoke louder than caution.
We believe that people management must truly mean "people management"—even remotely. The world has changed, and so has the way we work.
Small businesses face real challenges in digitizing their administrative and HR processes, losing efficiency and the ability to attract talent.
