Our Story
Make It Special is a Portuguese company founded in 2007 by David Bernabé Fernandes, dedicated to digital transformation through application development services and proprietary software development for SMEs.
With a presence in Lisbon, Leiria, and Viana do Castelo, we support the digital transformation of more than 1,000 SMEs across the country.
In 2020, during the pandemic, the idea for the uClockit® platform emerged, at a time when instinct and more than 20 years of experience in the sector spoke louder than caution.
We believe that people management must truly mean “people management” — even remotely. The world has changed, and so has the way we work.
